Custom Nitrous Systems

Designed and built in-house — not off-the-shelf kits

Built by a Nitrous System Builder

Christopher built his own nitrous system from scratch — and that hands-on experience is the foundation of every system we build for customers. We don't just bolt on generic kits. Every custom nitrous system we build is designed, assembled, and jetted specifically for your vehicle and power goals.

Whether you want a simple plug-and-play nitrous kit for weekend fun or a full custom nitrous system for serious power, we build it right and make sure it's safe. We're also one of the few places in Utah that handles nitrous oxide installation, tuning, and bottle recertification all in one place.

Custom-built nitrous system components

Plug-and-Play Nitrous Kits

Complete kits designed for specific vehicles. Everything included — just bolt on and go.

Complete Kit

Bottle, lines, solenoids, nozzle, jetting, wiring harness, switch, and all mounting hardware. Nothing extra to buy.

Vehicle-Specific

Each kit is jetted and configured for your specific engine and fuel system — not a one-size-fits-all approach.

Built In-House

Designed and assembled right here in our shop. We stand behind every kit we build because we built it ourselves.

Custom Nitrous Systems

For builds that need more than a kit — purpose-built systems engineered for your specific goals.

Wet Nitrous Systems

Injects both nitrous and supplemental fuel at the nozzle. Simpler to tune, doesn't stress your factory fuel system as hard, and works great on stock or mildly modified engines.

  • Self-contained fuel delivery at the nozzle
  • Less dependent on factory fuel system capacity
  • Excellent for stock-engine applications
  • Easier to tune and jet correctly

Dry Nitrous Systems

Injects only nitrous — supplemental fuel is added through your existing injectors. Cleaner install, no fuel in the intake tract, and ideal for engines with upgraded fuel systems.

  • Cleaner intake tract — no fuel puddling
  • Works with your existing fuel delivery
  • Ideal for built engines with upgraded fuel systems
  • Popular for forced-induction applications

What Every Build Includes

Whether it's a plug-and-play kit or a full custom system, here's what you get:

Consultation

We discuss your goals, inspect your vehicle, and recommend the right system and shot size.

Professional Installation

Clean, safe installation with proper line routing, secure mounting, and correct wiring.

Jetting & Setup

Every system is jetted specifically for your engine. We don't guess — we set it up right.

Owner Walkthrough

We show you how to arm, activate, and maintain your system. You'll leave confident and ready.

Safety Is Not Optional

Conservative Jetting

We always start with conservative jetting and work up. Running lean on nitrous is dangerous — we don't take shortcuts.

Fuel System Verification

Before any nitrous install, we verify your fuel system can support the additional demand. If it can't, we upgrade it first.

Quality Components

We use proven solenoids, lines, fittings, and nozzles. No cheap parts that could fail under pressure.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's included in a plug-and-play nitrous kit?

Our plug-and-play nitrous kits include everything you need: bottle, lines, solenoids, nozzle, jetting, wiring harness, activation switch, and mounting hardware. These kits are designed and assembled in-house — not generic off-the-shelf kits. Each one is jetted for your specific application.

Wet vs. dry nitrous — which is better?

It depends on your setup. A wet system injects both nitrous and fuel together at the nozzle, which is simpler and doesn't rely on your factory fuel system as heavily. A dry system injects only nitrous and adds fuel through your existing injectors — cleaner install, but requires a fuel system that can keep up. We'll recommend the right system for your engine and power goals.

Will nitrous damage my engine?

Not when it's done right. The problems people run into with nitrous almost always come from improper jetting, bad tuning, or using too much on a stock engine that can't handle it. We jet conservatively, use quality components, and make sure your engine and fuel system are up to the task before we add nitrous.

Do you install nitrous systems you didn't build?

Yes, we can install third-party kits. That said, we'll inspect the kit and may recommend changes if we see potential issues with jetting, line routing, or safety. If you want the best result, our custom systems are purpose-built for your specific vehicle.

How much horsepower does nitrous add?

Our kits typically range from a 50hp shot for a mild daily-driver setup to 200hp+ for built engines on race fuel. The exact gain depends on your jetting, engine health, fuel system, and tuning. We always start conservative and work up.

Do I need to upgrade my fuel system for nitrous?

For mild shots (50–75hp) on most vehicles, the stock fuel system can handle it. Once you go bigger, you'll typically need upgraded injectors, a higher-flow fuel pump, and possibly an adjustable fuel pressure regulator. We assess your fuel system as part of every nitrous install and upgrade what's needed.
