No. It is illegal to fill an outdated nitrous oxide cylinder. DOT regulations require that nitrous bottles be recertified every 5 years from the manufacture date (or last recertification date). We take safety seriously and cannot fill any bottle that is out of certification - no exceptions.

Check the stamp on your bottle. You'll see a date in MM-YY format (like 03-20 for March 2020). The bottle is valid for 5 years from that date. If it's been more than 5 years, you'll need recertification before we can fill it. Not sure how to read yours? Bring it in and we'll help you check.

Yes! We provide DOT-compliant bottle testing and recertification services. If your bottle passes inspection, we'll recertify it and stamp a new date. If it fails, we can help you find a replacement. Recertification is much cheaper than buying a new bottle.

Absolutely. With forged internals (pistons, rods, head studs), a turbo upgrade like the GT28RS, and proper tuning, 300-400whp is very achievable on the 1.8T platform. We'll spec the build to your power goals and budget.
